We guarantee that the watch you receive will be the exact watch you ordered. In the unlikely event that there is an error, we will replace the watch with the correct model at no additional cost to you. In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is defective upon receipt, we will replace the watch with a correctly working watch of the same brand and model at no additional cost to you. Please email us for a return authorization and instructions.
We have sold hundreds of thousands of brand new watches and almost never have returns. We inspect every watch before it is shipped, except on the rare occasion when we have a dealer ship the watch directly to a client. If you choose to return an "in stock" item, one that has not been specially ordered, you have 14 days in which to do so for credit toward another Bakzo purchase. Please email us first for a return authorization # and instructions (please note that items sent back to Bakzo without a return authorization # will be rejected at delivery and sent back to the shipping address).
The watch must be returned in the same pristine condition as it arrived, with all original boxes, papers, tags, and protective plastic intact and undamaged. It must be free of scratches, smudges and any signs of wear and alteration, such as sizing (a sized watch cannot be returned and are considered final sales). A credit will be issued after the return has been inspected by our watchmaker.
Returns are shipped and insured at the buyer’s expense, and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Sorry, special orders, items that are not in our stock, are not returnable.
